Janine Francois is an emerging writer, curator, stylist and creative thinker. Her creative work aims to explore and provide a positive alternative of representing black women in popular culture. Her career also extends as a Community Worker and she currently works on fashion and textiles project with young womenin Hackney, East London. Her previous roles includes supporting: young offenders, young migrants, LGBTQ young people, teenage parents and young people not-in-education-or-training. Aside from being a Youth Worker, she is a skilled facilitator delivering workshop on: sexual health, conflict resolution, personal development and social action with young people and adults.
