Customer Services

Along with the usual fair of customer contact facilities, instant messaging, and email. We also have dedicated phone lines with knowledgeable human beings at the end of them – ready to take customers calls during office hours to answer enquiries, solve issues, and provide information on the products we sell.

Rapid Dispatch

We dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same day, Monday to Friday. Also, unlike the competition where possible we endeavor to ship items placed after the 3pm cut off also on the same day. Which gives us an advantage as often last-minute orders arrive with our customers sooner than expected.

Shipping Network

We work with a selection of handpicked carriers nationally and internationally. We monitor the performance of our carriers internally on a order by order basis. Providing either full or partial tracking for every dispatch. Our UK & Worldwide shipping is reasonable priced as unlike other retailers we do not add a margin.

Collectors Wishlists

We do not just stock the latest items; we also track down rare and out of circulation collectables too! Upon request from our customers, we can also procure hard to find secondary market items through our network of hunters and dealers. Many items we stock cannot be found anywhere else worldwide.
